    Yes he should.As Wlodarczyk should be no 2.
    They are to me the 2 best CWs.

    That being said in his last fight Cunningham didn't look good,he was losing to Ross and got lucky a thumb was called a punch and won by TKO.He looks to be slowing down.His next fight will tell.

      I've never seen him fight.

      Beating a 40 year old Fragomeni dosen't seem very impressive.
