Exactly and that's even if he wins.
Hopkins wants no part of Dawson and it would take years off of Dawson's career to get to where he was at in the Pascal fight if B-Hop just sat on the titles without fighting him and vacated whenever he felt like it.
I didn't want Pascal to fight Hopkins. The old man is a stylistic nightmare. But I changed my stance because I know Pascal's movement and speed will make the fight close win or lose and if it's in Montreal, he'll get the nod. It'll be a repeat of the second Taylor fight, but Pascal will clearly win 7.Comment

However, I agree that Hopkins isn't interested in fighting Dawson. But lets face it, Hopkins is old enough to have a bus pass, i'm not gunna moan about him not wanting to fight some of the younger guys. I wouldn't be suprised if he retired after Pascal, he just wants to be a champion when he retires, imo.Comment

I know, I went on to say that Hopkins doesn't want to fight Dawson. I was taking the piss that people are claiming Hopkins fighting the guy that just beat Dawson proves he's ducking him.
While if he fought Dawson people would say "He's only fighting Dawson because he lost, Pascal would KHTFO"Comment
