Freddie Roach is a moron. Pacquiao doesn't want JMM again he doesn't want Mosely at all. Bob Arum will not put Manny in a high risk fight until he gets the Mayweather fight. So pretty much these fights are going to be handpicked and Big Bank Bob will collect 27% of both Mannys' and margos' (or whatever in house special he concocts) dough.

Your logic is correct. Margo would technically be "third" best. So...technically I'd go after Mosley and try to beat him more impressively than Floyd did.
