If Margo pulls it off does Mayweather fight him?

    Thoughts?

On one hand I can see Mayweather liking this fight figuring he can outbox the hell out of Margarito...

but on the other hand if Marg looks good and if he can take Cotto and Pacs punches then he could take Mayweathers few shots..and hed be on him like a cheap suit all night which would mean Mayweather would have to fight so maybe hed pass..plus he can easily just say I dont want to fight a cheater.

Mayweather won't fight anyone who is a threat. I can picture Floyd fighting Amir Khan next, i just get this feeling about that.

I've thought about that, and I'm honestly not sure. On on hand Marg is more than beatable for Floyd and does bring a large Mexican audience, but it's hard for me to picture Floyd fighting any TR fighter other than Pac, and even that fight is difficult to make to say the least. I could picture Marg calling out Floyd, ignoring Berto and Mosley who would call him out, then fighting the JCC jr. vs Cotto winner.

floyd already retired once to duck margarito. chances are good he'll retire again to avoid margarito a second time.

Margarito retired Floyd with a contract, Floyd will never step in a ring with Tony if he cares about his health.

                Floyd already ducked Margarito.

Chances are Margarito will agree to a 60/40 purse split and whatever drug testing Mayweather wants so there is no good excuse not to fight him.

Hate to reply to my own comment, but I could really see it playing out like that ^ if Marg wins.
