Id much rather have to world at my feet for 20 years and end up with Parkinsons. He was The Greatest at a time that the HW Champion actually mattered. He still has millions of dollars and seems happy. If you can pack in 5x more fulfillment into your prime who cares about being 60yrs old.

      Ali:
      - Great Legacy, arguably the greatest heavyweight ever
      - But he has parkinsons, most likely due to boxing
      - Isn't as well off money-wise as some other boxers

      Foreman:
      - Good legacy, won the hw title as an old man but is always remembered for losing to Ali
      - Made lots of money (grills )
      - in better health

Do you think it was worth it for Ali?

EDIT: I'm talking about George Foreman by the way, Yuri Foreman grills didnt do too well
      I didnt think about
straight out Iwould rather be Foreman
I would rather have and make milions and be able to enjoy it then be arguably the GOAT and be all ***ed up like Ali

I suppose knowing that you'll be remembered forever as one of the greatest helps with dealing with parkinsons?
Yeah, they asked him about his career and how the wars he has been in probably is the cause of his sickness. He said that without boxing he would have been painting signs and walls and stuff for the rest of his life, like his father. Boxing enabled him to achieve great things for him and his people so he said he would do the same thing over again even if it lead to parkinsons.
