His reach & power won't be much of a factor because he's got very slow hands, Pacquiao can easily come inside let off a few bombs & come back out before Marg even let's off a shot, Marg has made boxers with average speed look like Flash Gordon.

Margarito style has caused him to be worn out, he's taken many flush shots in his career, if you watch his last 2 fights he hasn't looked spectacular & that was against boxers who aren't good as Pacquiao, so i can count out Marg in this fight.

Sorry guys I just can't see it. If there is anything I have learned thus far about pac is to never bet against him because of size disparity.

      Speed: Manny >>>> Tony

      Skill: Manny >>>>> Tony

      Footwork: Manny >>>> Tony

      Head movement: Manny >>>>>> Tony

Chin: Toss up because it still remains to be seen what Tony has left after Mosley TKO'd him.

Combine this with Manny getting stronger in the later rounds the table seems to just favor Pac.

Your making it sound like pacquiao can never be hit. Margo can throw 1000 punches and im pretty sure some of those will land.

The reach advantage will help marg when pacquiao moves out- thats half a ruler stick moving back. His height wil also be a factor, that means pacquiao has to punch full reach opening up his body. And those heavy hands at 151 can do some damage.

Seriously people are counting out margarito, this guy aint past prime. You guys swear once you lose everything is over. Ali proved that wrong already

          This is a sober assessment.

If anyone thinks this is an easy fight for Packy, they just don't know **** about boxing.

If you watch his last 2 fights, 1 of them he won against a average boxer, what did you see in those 2 fights that make you think he's not past his prime?

Margarito will come to fight no doubt about it. He'll come forward and put pressure on Pac like he does all opponents, but Pac is gonna make him look like he's in slow motion. The offensive onslaught by Pacquiao is gonna be glorious. Margarito won't give in so the fight won't be a cakewalk. Pac won't either and his stamina hasn't been a question so he'll give the beating for 12 rounds if he has too.

I agree with the thread starter. Margarito takes this by height and by strenght.
