PAC doesn't need Floyd, He WANTED floyd next. Floyd went on vacation.. Its easy to see Floyd doesnt want none of Pac. Regardless of floyds reasoning not to fight, his marketability will be affected for his future fights.

I do not know, Manny's team did not want the fight. I would have picked the fight as even. Shane does not have good defense, but throws bombs and has good hand speed. Manny would have to get to him first. It could not be the other way around.

And Shane did not gas out, he got gassed out by his opponent. Shane was breathing with his mouth open against Cotto too, but he still pressed the action during their fight. Why did Floyd have nothing to do with Shane's performance?
