What demands did Manny agree to specifically? I read the ESPN article. Manny does not state he agreed to random blood and urine testing up to the day of the fight.

I've seen videos with Floyd talking **** on camera. I'm not making this up.
Mannys legacy was already cemented in the lower weights.. fights after 135 are just icing on the cake. Just a couple years ago, the thought of Manny dominating fighters in 140, let alone the 147 lb division was laughable.

It was the fact that the Pacquiao talks were still a buzz. Then with the help of Golden Boy and the fact that he was fighting a real fighter for once is what sold that fight. Believe it or not haters but people do know who Mosley is. People thought he was going to lose brutaly because of the Shanes fight with Margarito. So for May vs Mosley it was Pacquiao's buzz, Shane Mosley(current and former world champ), and GBP's that sold that fight. Floyd's mouth helped aswell.
