Mike Marley is a fraud, and everyone in the business knows it. We only hear PAc's side, and his side is always believable to fans of sluggers. When it comes to Floyd, if the comment is negative, fans jump all over it, and if something is said about Floyd in a positive light the fans say well, that person needs to be checked lol...

Marley might be fraud or one-sided on his report but its PBF obligation to inform boxing fans on his reasons of not fighting Pac! If not, fans would believes that his demand for USADA blood testing on the first failed negotiation was just to harass Pac, that if ever Pac would give in that time the result would still be the same before and just now.. Floyd will not take the fight because he was or always scared to Pac!!!

It was thought that Manny stood his ground on the 14 day cutoff.... instead both Manny and Roach confirmed to pre-fight drug testing WITHOUT LIMITATIONS. Why? So they can hopefully make this fight happen, it states.
