Strange response from Tony in regards to Canelo, in many interviews Tony has stated that Canelo is a top prospect with a lot of skill but that he's still too young and inexperience to be an elite fighter right now. He's always been respectful to him, weird, must the whole GB and Top Rank cold war or just his dislike for Oscar.
