That's the standart statement for Roach. He will say something different next week, like: Margacheato is big and takes a punch well so we are preparing for 12 rounds. . .
Pacquiao smurfs will repeat Roach's BS in all the forums until the following week, then Roach gives them more material week after week.
It's his way of helping promotions.

Not hard to out skill a fighter who has little to no skills. Not a impressive or far out statement. Predicting a KO within 5 rounds now that is worth something.
