just like a guy gets KO'd in 54 second by a unknown fighter...it happens! you can bounce back from a tough fight and a controversial win by decision EASY but it is a lot tougher to come back from an embarrassing KO...well unless you fight a bunch of OLD GUYS and Soft Punchers who can't do much damage to your weak Chin...

Getting beat outbox for 12 rounds is worse than getting KO'd in 54 seconds. Getting KO'd early could be a fluke, could of been caught cold, however getting outbox for 12 rounds means that there was no fluke about it. You just got beat by a better fighter but lucky you got a hometown cooking.

Anyways, back to the topic if Khan is the third best fighter. Than Bradley is 1 or 2? Since Bradley is a better fighter. Hell Moreno skills>Khan skills.

But, Khan is still pretty skillful just not top 3 in the World in his division sure not the World.
