Margarito's camp. Pretty sure thats usually the way it is, then they initial off on the wraps that they saw them being wrapped. Or does the commission do that? Or both? I'm not sure, but you gotta wonder if/how it slipped by in Margarito's other fights. As we all can tell by now boxing is getting way to un-unified. Boxing needs to come together under one cohesive, straight shooting commission with the same rules and standards across the board. Maybe then we won't see cases like this in the future, and Mayweather can at last give up his long hard struggle against steroids in the sport, knowing the powers that be have it under control.
