    1. He would have to Lose speed too add weight! Thus making him rely more on his boxing ability.

    2. He would significently lose his power advantage.

    3. He would have to learn how to managed the time in rounds to be to survived the natural disadvantaged of fighting a bigger man, which is the gradual wear down of weight advantaged as time goes on.

    4. He would have to legitimately have to learn how to worry about his legs being able to last in a 12 round fight with a bigger man instead of a weight drain opponent having to worry about his legs being gone after the 4th round.

These are the RISK Pacquiao refuse to take in order to recieve the REWARD of an 154 pound title.!!

Where is the Glory in FEAR of failure.

THIS FIGHT IS THE COWARDS REWARD..!!
    you are pathetic Horus
justcause he agreed to fight at the 154 limit doesnt mean that he has to come in at 154
it just doesnt give him all the advantages like the 15o limit does

your holy God Bummweather fought Oscar at 154 with no catchweight but it was rumored he weighed in at well under 154
so packy could do the same

I don't know why people are making a big deal of this catchweight thing. It's simply an agreement between two boxers with different weights. The bigger guy has the advantage without it, of course. No one has real advantage if it's set in place.

Mayweather could fight Martinez on a catchweight. Who cares? The important thing is to make such fights happen. Like any sport, it's entertainment. Why bother with all this bs? Some are simply cowards who go on vacation when faced with tough opponents. Result: huge disappointment from fans.

Just effing fight at whatever conditions. Hell, a Morales vs Marquez could even be a huge entertainment for fans.

How can you even tolerate a guy whose profession is boxing and only fights once a year still in his prime? Man, that's even more disgusting. It's about time that fans stop supporting these kinds of boxers. They don't belong in this sport. They need to be forced to fight 4 times a year, at least.

KFC needs to man up and start listening to what fans want.

The Problem is he is DISTORTING history.

Do you think Barry Bonds hit all of his Homeruns on Steroids???

Of Course Not.. But when he started using steroids to break the HOMERUN
record.. People had a huge problem with what he was doing because he
was DISTORTING the history of the game. And all those who came before him... Especially those who tried to break the record but couldnt because it was an incredible thing to do especially doing it the fair way... But how incredible is breaKing the record when a person is using steroids..?

Manny Pacquiao is doing the same thing, He is unfairly DISTORTING THE history of boxing by doing this.
His using catchweights to break the weight division record...

11/14/2009: 145 vs. Cotto for WBO 147 pound title.
11/13/2010: 150 vs. Margarito for WBC 154 pound title.
2 Titles at Catchweights in 1 Year span.

Manny Pacquiao will go for his 8th titles in 8 divisions
                  (vacant title at that)

, if successful he will have denied himself the glory and integrity of calling himself an 154 pound Champion Like he did calling himself an 147 lb champion.

He will Solidify his greatness with a Man who would was punish for attempting to used illegal wraps and a man who has no integrity as a man and a fighter.

And still Manny Pacquio will claimed history by winning as a coward instead of taking the risk of losing with Honor. There is no honor in cheating Risk, only shame with this victory.

Manny Pacquiao will fight with the Glory of a coward. Accepting the reward, but Declining all the RISK of being called a 154 pound Champion.. After the final bell rings, and Manny Pacquiao is handed his 8th title, along with that title should come YELLOW tape to mark the scene of the CRIME, Manny Pacquiao has commited to Boxing. This historic acheivement of his will be a rare accomplishment, A accomplishment covered up with Shame, and Callousness disrespect for the history of boxing. This accomplish truly deserves an asterisk.

                      thanks man,
Pacquiao is changing the Record books with his last 2 catchweight fights!!

He is intentionally DISTORTING history... A history of over 400 years.
People have died in the ring fighting biggger man for the chance to be called a multiple division champion.

Sugar Ray Robinson fought Men 20-30 pounds heavier than him chasing the greatness of being a multiple division champion...

Name one fight Pacquiao has been outweigh by 20 pounds while he has moved up in weight chasing greatness with these divisions??? All the greats gave up size advantages in order to achieve the reward of being called a champion.

But Pacquiao REFUSES to take those risk... He rather ask for catchweights rather than do what other before him have done..
