Oh don't get it twisted, Top Rank fighters do want Pacquiao to get tested. Only problem is, there's no test on the market for A-Side Meth yet. When Artie McFly goes back 500 years, you know- to when the Philippine soldiers was fightin Americans and bullets was flyin offa dey ass, hopefully he'll bring a sample back to the future and the secret source of Pacquiao's mythical power will finally be solved.

Until then, they'll just have to take the risk of fighting Pacquiao under the same rules and policies that thousands of boxers have for many decades
