    There will be doubleheader in Mexico on September 18 to celebrate 200 years of Mexican independence. WBO super flyweight champion Jorge "Travieso" Arce and WBC lightweight champion Humberto "Zorrita" Soto will co-headline the event. The venue has not been confirmed. Arce's opponent will be finalized very soon. Soto defends his title against Colombian Fidel Monterrosa. Soto was going to appear on the Yuriorkis Gamboa-Orlando Salido card on September 11 in Las Vegas, but there was a chance of plans.

          It'll probably be on Azteca/Azteca America. Arce has fought on/around Mexican Independence Day for the past few years now.

          Should be pretty entertaining. Arce and Soto co-headlined a card last year too.
