Unless Im missing some facts, we don't know that. We only know his hands were wrapped illegally for the Mosley fight. It could be a mistake for people to underestimate Margarito saying he cheated against Cotto. Thats not proven and is an assumption. If thats a legit win, then he could be a very difficult opponent for Pac if his chin holds up. If Margs did cheat against Cotto then he could still be tough on sheer pressure and toughness alone.
Lets be real, how was that pressure and toughness for Mosley and Garcia his last two fights which wer'e sure he didn't have any special wraps. Margorito vs Pac Will be De La Hoya vs Pac all over again except Margorito will get stopped instead of quitting.
