the junior middle division was created for fighters who couldnt make 147 but where too small for 160. In effect it was a catchweight division.

But now Pacquiao thinks he cant compete at the 154 so he now decides he can fairly compete at 150. ONE PROBLEM, he wants to be called the 154 pound CHAMPION..!!!
