I like Joe Greene though, just didn't seem able to pull it out against Martirosyan. Shame, i think that's a case of someone just getting trapped in their own world as you guys said. Didn't seem to improve much from his first fight, the Greene who fought on the undercard to Ibragimov/Klits looked identical to that against Vanes. With the right trainer/work i reckon he could turn it around though.

I watched him on the bag, no combos...stiff heavy jabs and sometimes a right hand(or left depending on stance)...not sure why...
Joe and Vanes are cool tho(somewhat to my suprise)...Joe's tryna get a fight in another month or two...Last edited by -EX-; 08-31-2010, 02:05 PM.

These kids get too comfortable in NY. They live in their own world, and are made to feel like stars before they really accomplish anything.
Again, Luis Collazo aside (Malignaggi is from a different gym, but working there now apparently), if you go through and list every pro to come out of the Havoc team, you'll find a bunch of national amateur champions and Olympians, and all of them have come up short when they step up to fight b-level pro fighters.
From what I've heard Coney Island is kinda dead now tho since Sadam opened up a new gym...
