I've given blood plenty of times too. Every year unfortunately when the full physical comes around. You gave blood after coming out the gym though.. you didn't give blood before going to it. phobias are called irrational fears.. like someone who fears a roach or a rat or something small and harmless like that. it's not like the little thing is gonna do anything to them but they still fear it.
they are much more comfortable jumping out of a plane then being around an insect.
