i think Williams wouldnt make 150 lbs. if he did he would be weight drained though. Manny Pacquiao wins from 135 lbs to 152. its a toss up in jr middleweight 154 lbs. Manny would be too small and overweight in 160 lbs so he has no chance. well maybe a slim chance.

Both throw alot, i just think PW's reach will be too problematic with the jab. If he fires the jab and keeps moving, Pac will have hard time getting inside. I do think the weight can be issue with PW, i edge to PW by UD.

He does lack discipline and makes mistakes, but usually gets away with them.
