The first time I had it 115-113 Alexander, and the second time I had it a draw, but I was half asleep the second time so I may have been off. It was a close fight, and could have gone either way. But what people don't realize is that Kotelnik had a very slow start, and he DEFINITELY didn't win all of the late rounds. Devon won at least a couple of those. So that makes somewhere around 5, 6 or 7 rounds for Devon, no more, and no less.
