    Prospects that dissapeared

List here prospects that have seriously faded into oblivion and forgiveness.

James De La Rosa; talented welterweight body puncher has dissapeared since signing with Don King. He was supposed to have fought Aug. 6th, but his original opponent Michel Rosales fell out due to visa issues. Rosales' replacement Alex Bunema pulled out when he failed to make weight. Word is he might try to get out of his contract with King if he doesn't get anymore fights.
Mike Alvarado; Keeps going to prison and is already 30 years old.
Andy Lee; Was in line for a shot at Pavlik and signing with Top Rank when he was stopped by Brian Vera. They haven't even attempted to rebuild him.
Peter Quillin; Was on TV frequently some years ago and nothing has been known of him for a while.

Talking about prospects that kid in your sig Benavidez has got some serious potential, alot better then Frankie "I got no jab" Gomez. But I must admit Gomez did beat him in the amateurs.

I guess you could say he... "hung" 'em up too soon.
