Non contest. Jackson knocks him out.

Unlike Williams he didnt need 300 punches to knock somebody out. This guy had KO power in both hands and was able to fight in different styles.

Williams is so overated it's ridiculous.

Paul might outworkhim for maybe 3-4 rds until Julian lands a clean punch, that's all he needs.

Paul Williams is 3-1 in the first 4 rounds then in the 5th Jackson blasts him with a right like Martinez did, except Williams wont get up.

Williams would win the first round big, possibly drop Jackson, but then Jackson knocks Williams out cold in the second, like he did Harold Ghram

I think Julian Jackson stops him at 154/160. Even though Jackson chin was not that good. P-Will doesn't have that kind of pop to stop Jackson. But, he might the pop to make Jackson weary. But, sooner or later Jackson will land and then land consistently and that will be wrap for P-Will.

I actually think Paul would win the first 3 or 4 round then something big lands.

                    Jackson hits too damn hard.
