The most ardent Mayweather's supporters will say he didn't take the fight because he can't control the mental edge going into the fight; he can't control all aspects of the fight and gain the upper-hand. No its because there is money involved, plain and simple. Having it in Texas makes it easier for people to see Margarito fight and yes I said it because Mayweather nuthuggers seem to forget that Margarito actually can sell out a stadium better than Bradley, Alexander or Pwill. I'd go out and say he can still depend on his Mexican fan base to sell more tickets than Bradley and Alexander COMBINED. But of course every Mayweather fan is going to cry foul. If this is a tune-up fight for Manny to test the 154 lb division, so be it. Whatever really. No one cried foul when Marquez took a tune-up fight in WW against Mayweather.
