Thats because The Ring website is associated with the Yahoo! boxing page. I've tried reading the boxing section from Yahoo! but Iole and this faggot that wrote this story love MMA so much. Try doing that in a sport like football or basketball. The wont, only our sport gets disrespected by that. If I wanted MMA news I'd go to an MMA website not The Ring.

The fight is the only Unification fight and includes the longer reigning Champion. One of the most action packed fight so far. Psss Little guys just don't get any RESPECT.

Probably because it's 90% of what really happens. People who want to be bad asses because they box are delusional. That's why the UFC paid so much money to Toney, they wanted to prove that point. MMA = closest to real 1vs1 fighting you can legally get. Boxing = gentleman sport with rules and a totally different skillset than of MMA. For instance, any of the **** pernell whitaker used to do in the ring would get him KTFO pronto in an MMA cage.

Btw i love BOTH sports. I just don't pretend boxing is a bad ass sport, it isn't. Thinking back, Mike Tyson was a lucky sob because he did have that aura and kept it when people didn't know what MMA was and Couture was in his 30 (yes he's that old lol) DEUCE!
