One of the topics listed about him announcing a fight said ESPN said he was going to announce an opponent. That topic didn't even have a confirmed link and was probably something made up by the topic starter.

The other was from Robin Leach and even then its not like there was a source for that, besides what Leach said Mayweather told him.

The only people that get worked up is *******S. Arum worked u up and u fell for the hype. Then you read an article on boxingscene that wasnt an interview with Floyd and got worked up yet again. Floyd just fought in May, i'm sure when Floyd and his team come up with an opponent you'll know. Theres no way FLoyd doesnt fight this year. If he is "Expected" to face Manny in May next year, the dude will be in the ring at the end of this year to hold his drawing power for negotiations. All i'm saying is chill out. The dude just fought, give the man time. No difference in someone fighting in March and announcing their opponent in july and still not signing the contract and its going on sept. Stop being bias!
