How do you get a stronger chin?

my nephew who is 5 years old 4''0 56lbs took a free flush shot to my chin with these gloves. And made me see a big star. Ive never taken a shot like that in my life. Well ive never been in any fight in my life either.

Either im Amir Khan when it comes to my chin or my nephew is the second coming of Mike Tyson

i don't know if your 5 year old getting a perfectly clean shot on you is a good representation of your chin.

but you could gain weight and muscle mass. this will increase your neck size. generally the more you weigh the better you will be able to take a shot. but as you go up in weight the opponents you face get bigger, assuming you are thinking about competing. i think for the most part, you either have a chin or you don't. but as you train in boxing, you will get hit, and your pain threshold will increase. the ability to take a shot comes a long with the training. you will get used to it.

You have it or you don't. You can't train for a stronger chin.

Well if your head twisted around from a 5 year old's punch when you were expecting it, I'd think your neck muscles aren't really well developed. It's much easier to get hurt by punches when you don't build up your neck muscles because the brain jostles around much more.

Conditioning..... It's the single most underrated aspect of taking punches. Every fighter that has a legendary also has legendary training/conditioning and it's for a reason.

the problem is clear g-dog. you haven't been sucking nearly enough penis's in order to strengthen your jaw muscles. keep at it you'll get there.

You have to want to take the punch.
