    Amature Scoring

Anybody out there like me who hates the way they score amature fights now ive been watchin(and doing) a lot of amature fights and ive seen people land with extremly powerfull and clean punches and not being scored its crazy how (well were i box in scotland) that they hardly acknolege body shots. well i want to know if any of you can come up with a better scoring system or just think the original is better please post your ideas... gd luck in the future everyone.

Well, I live in the states and i think they score fine, but sometimes they dont count really clean punches, which i think is kind of ******.

I am a former amateur fighter from Mass and I agree with the pathetic scoring system in the amateurs, I am a all out body puncher who would get hit 3 times to land one, I found that body punches do not count in amateur on the scores for some reason, I dont know if that has been changed or what not but I fought for 5 years and never got scored for body shots. Also in amateur if you are the aggressor the judges favor you compared to the pro's where aggressiveness doesnt count. They should make amateurs fight 5 rounds as well because what can you really do in 3 with a sloppy fighter it would sort out the true fighters from the bums
