That guy Billy Collins Jr. put up a serious fight in that ring against a serious cheater. I think Billy Collins Jr. could have been something great, and it was taken away from him by a bum ass loser who couldn't win the fight without cheating.

We would never know for sure, he was a good young little irish boxer who I thought has sooo much heart in the way he fought, He was brought along at the right pace and resto was suppose to be another one of those stepping stones until he and panama lewis decides to change all of that.

Resto cheated, but as noted in the documentary Collins could have easily boxed again.

His father wouldnt let him, because it might affect his multi-million dollar lawsuit against the NYSAC which he eventually lost.

Restro disgraced himself and the sport, but he wasnt the reason Collins never boxed again.

No disrespect intended to him but I didn't think he was that good, his defense wasn't that good but he had good fundamentals. Don't think he would've been a great fighter but you never know.

How could he box again if his vision was impaired? Collins Jr. was severely injured. Permanent eye damage was done in his left iris, which was teared. Permanently blurred vision. His promising boxing career was finished, done.

Thats amazing, not everyone eye injuries are as severe. Did you even see pictures of what that ****** bum ass loser did to Billy's eyes? Looks like someone took a baseball bat and hit Billy in the eyes several times.

Margarito didn't take out the padding out of his gloves. He didn't do the same thing, Margarito is a ****** cheater and a disgrace to boxing but Luis Resto did far worse.

it was different with resto and collins..

Lewis removed the padding in the gloves AND put some kind of plaster onto restos hands. Also he evidently did use it in the ring. As far as i understand Margarito was caught before the fight with some kind of plaster in his right hand and therefore didnt even use it. Not trying to defend him, but come on.. Collins really did looke like he had been beaten several times with a bat
