Has Floyd even said a word at all? All this Dubai/December talk was never heard directly from his mouth, just from someone who talked with him. Heck I don't even think that guy said anything about the fight being in December, and he never mentioned how soon Floyd would be announcing the fight. He just said it would be "soon".
