If I remember correctly, Williams was in the mid 150s around the time Pavlik announced that he couldn't fight, according to his trainer. He could have gotten down to WW easily. Nobody who can make the WW limit right now is surviving 12 rounds with a Super Middleweight.

Then he fought Sergio where he came in at 166 on FN after a weigh in, which is why I conclude that he probably is around 170 at least when not in training.

He is small for the height but not that small as ppl try to make him seem like he is.

Yeah that seems pretty accurate. JMW is probably his best fighting weight.

And would he carry his workrate in the division?

Hmm on second thought maybe not... He might actually have to box at that point..
Pwill is still under 30 if im not mistaken, give him a few years and let him grow into higher weights naturally.

Ward kills him, Abraham kills him, Froch most likely beats him and knocks him out, Dirrell embarrasses him, Bute most likely beats him and knocks him out.

Paul Williams does not fight a style to allow himself success at 168. He may be tall, but he's scrawny and rangy, so that extra weight would do him horribly.
