i don't really think marg deserves the fight and the texas commission should've respected the california ruling, but arum is in control... what ya gonna do?

Strictly from a political point of view, what Texas did was a healthy exercise of states' rights. All things Margarito aside, I'm very glad that Texas didn't fall in line with California. I'm glad they went against the grain. California doesn't allow talking on cell phones while operating a motor vehicle. While I agree with that statute, I don't think Texas should ban it just because Cali did.

Exactly, Texas doesn't move like cali and they shouldn't be expected to. If the commission thinks he should get a second chance so be it, I disagree but at the end of the day I just wanna see someone get their ass whooped. I love how all the so called "fans" of boxing keep *****ing about all this worthless bull****, they shouldn't fight a this weight, or for that belt, or who did what, or how many ppv buys this looser had, or bla bla bla. The sport we all love is on life support, barely ****ing breathing and all u hear is people complaining about bull**** that doesn't make one cent of difference on fight night. All I care about is my 60 bucks I have to throw down, I wanna see a good ass FIGHT. These dude's come to swing and they ain't scared to get tagged, that's exactly what boxing needs. There's too many fighters with their boring ass styles that could put a coke head to sleep. Boxing needs dudes who throw punches in bunches, other wise MMA is just gonna keep getting further and further down the road while boxing's stuck in the mud.
