The punch itself was so week that the glove didn't even fold under any pressure upon contact and oscars skin barely even moved to indicate there was being enough force to damage the kidney.

Then he rolls around perfectly fine and curses at himself before not trying to beat the count, then doesn't beat the count ,and stands right up instead of taking a stool.

The list of things that were wrong with that FIX go on and on.. not to mention the ROBBERY did to Felix Sturm the fight before just in order to allow the fix to happen and announce their partnership afterward.
listen to the video I put up and you can hear body shot shouted many times.

So you think Oscar/Hop was fixed? What would be the purpose of fixing it unless youre gonna fix it to have Oscar win? What did Oscar gain if he took a dive?

Yea Naazim was yelling that. Whats su****ious about that? Many times I hear trainers yell something which is meant for the guy to throw that punch, so Hop was following instructions. Whats the big deal? If it was fixed, do you really think he would be yelling body shot then Hop ends it with a body shot? Then Hop joins his company days later? Wouldnt that be too obvious if it were so? Besides that you think anything would keep Oscar from wanting to be the undisputed middleweight champ of the world?

          And the motive was...?

To recruit Bernard Hopkins to his company...?

That was a big request by Hopkins then. 'Yeah I'll work for you if you let me beat you'.

OK, let's entertain the notion that it was a fix. When they came to orchestrate how the fight would be won by Hopkins...Oscar just sat there while they decided on a body shot conclusion to the bout. Again...this doesn't match with the De La Hoya that has lived in boxing throughout the last decades.

So what about the 'Body Shot' cries. Your trainer tells you your opponent is open for a body shot...and wow you actually land it. It can happen.

I'm pretty sure what he meant was that if Clottey had been busier, he would have won more of the close rounds. A reasonable person wouldn't argue with that.

After seeing it again, I don't know. On the second viewing it looked like a somewhat good shot. Perhaps it wasn't fixed.

                Nothing su****ious in my eyes.

                I don't think it was a fix.

I think rarely any of the big money fights are. people just think to much into these things.

Im not sure the judges were gonna let that happen, one had him losing by 4 rounds. But yea thats what he meant I think.

No idea, just saying how I feel since that's what the TS wanted. But both men acted completely out of character during and after, and then the aforementioned alignment. It was all just incredibly bizarre. i felt like the yells for body shots were ques for the inevitable and the uncharacteristic actions of both men afterward was just odd to say the least.

And the fact that Sturm was robbed so viciously to make the fight happen to begin with just made me think it was all about money.

and having boxed at Upper Darby for 2 years now, and spent 7 at Busters with Naz, the whole atmosphere in that arena in terms of peoples demeanors just seemed unusual to what I'm use to.

A lot of the guys in the gym thought something was up.

                      no way clottey was fixed.

                      1. who would fix it?

                      2. why would they need to fix it?

                      3. if it was fixed , i think clottey would have tried to punch more just to make it look convincing.
