Mosley DOES hit harder than Pacquiao. Pacquiao just throws way more punches. He hurts you with volume and speed. Shane is a slugger.

Mosley did hurt Cotto with a right hand, but not too bad.

By the way, Cotto took a beating by Margarito before fighting Pacquiao.
