He's absolutely right. It's difficult for the Klitschko brothers to find qualified opponents, because the ranked contenders like Solis, Briggs, Tua, Boytsov and others fight journeymen instead of other ranked contenders.

Everyone says the current Heavyweight division is weak. I don’t believe that is the case. The fact is that the top 10 Heavyweights don’t fight each other until it is mandatory. The best fighters should always fight each other and should bring boxing back to its heyday. If the competition is at its greatest, the fights will be more exciting for the fans and will establish who really is the best.
Right now I am ranked #6 in the WBC and I want to fight the best. If the Heavyweight Champions, the Klitschkos’ and David Haye, want a real competitive match with a top American Heavyweight, they will make it happen. Until then, they can keep fighting the people they know they can beat and not give the fans what they want to see.
