i do not beleive the mosley fight was the first time he used plaster. it make no sense to use it the first time late in your career when u are coming off biggest win and you are fav to beat a guy.

Buddy, be serious. Relatively unknown TIMOTHY BRADLEY was beating marg in a who would you like to see manny fight next on the official Top Rank website poll. There's even a small boycott of manny's next fight happening due to how little people care for marg.

My entire point about bringing up Manny agreeing is that an attempt was at least made on his part. Floyd completely ignored it and even stated he has no interest in boxing, yet he is apparently going to announce his next opponent? Manny moved on, he wants to fight and he doesn't care who he wants money and if he can't get it with Floyd who is running from him he'll go elsewhere. Floyd on the other hand is the one RUNNING from Manny and thus anything he does will be him ducking Manny and its his own damn fault.

its something we will never know
but Cotto cuts easy and swells easy too

I am not getting the fight, I'm not giving Marg a penny of my money. That being said, Margarito brings in more money than anyone you mentioned regardless of who fans want to see him with. I want to see Floyd/Manny thats it, its the only fight I want to see either guy in. Also, I'm a huge fan and I don't go on GBP, Top Rank or any promoter site I could care less what a poll says. Number speak for themselves, Marg just sold out a ballerina hall in Mexico that 17,000 people actually attended. Texas has an many mexicans in it as Mexico does and they'll watch to see one of their own finally beat manny cheat or not. I promise you this does over 1 million buys and there is no way in hell anyone else other than Floyd hits that number. Sure, if Manny fought those guys he may still make 20 million, but he'll get possibly worse numbers than the Clottey fight because at least he had his name up there with Cotto just like Marg did which is how he made his name as well. Floyd get's a lot of hate, and I have personally called him a ***** unless he fights Pwill/Martinez, but it won't be hard to find a better opponent then Marg, and you have to give him some credit.

I'll be thinking... "damn, I wish floyd would've just negotiated to fight pac instead of take a vacation and totally deny that there were negotiations even though ross greenburg exposed him."

Pac can't just leave, he has individual contracts with fighters but he's in a long term contract with Top Rank. If he chooses to just leave or refuses a fight Arum has the legal ability to make it happen. Both guys are greedy, Arum will do what Manny wants and Manny will do what Arum wants its that simple.
