Why do people dislike Paul Williams?

But moving down to 147 doesnt JUST give himself advantages, I think he weakens himself as well.

But who in that division can physically hurt him? 154 and 160 is where all the physical guys are who can negate his hight and reach advantages. Even the guys he has fought above welter wernt exactly the physical powerhouses that you see all over those divisions.
