I read something in this month's ring magazine. Apparently Mcracken's training regimen consists of bludgeoning wild grizzly bears and watching this video:

Lets make this tourney the semi's now, forget Green he was never going to do anything any way, Froch vs Ward final in Vegas, undercard Abraham Direll, perfect end to a forward thinking tournament that has brought drama in and out of the ring since its creation

Yeah he is scared of your amazing defensive skills, Carl. Btw your offense was awesome against Dirrell. I mean you couldn't miss him if you tried.

Froch is in a very exclusive club at this stage. How many fighters have ruined other fighters in losing? Only a handful.

I wonder how hard Froch hits?

I don't think it looks THAT hard, but they spoke to some Green Teef in the studio at SKY who'd sparred with Kessler and Carl and said they both got a 9 for power.

I thought Dirrell beat him (sorry Carl) but there's a reason he didn't stand in front of him. His nose and mouth were pissing blood as early as the fourth and he'd hardly been hit.

There's always a price to pay when facing the cobra. Kessler outpointed Froch and now he's blind. Go figure.

Carl, your nose looked like a trolls. You better keep your mouth closed.

Has it come to mind, that it were Wards headbutting that ruined Kessler???? Because in the interview, he said that: 2-3 weeks before the Froch fight, he were having problems during sparring. Then he took some days off, and it were better. He felt very good at fight night, so no excuses there. But it came down to dirty Ward (who did beat Kessler clearly, but he were a scum in that fight also).
