    Promoter Felix "Tutico" Zabala, director of the All Star Boxing, told BoxingScene.com/NotiFight.com that a fight between his protege Wilfredo Vazquez Jr., the bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Organization (WBO) and Ivan Hernandez of Mexico, has not been finalized for October 16.     Zabala needs to get at ryol's people and give a lil step aside money and have poon/jr fight since nothing is finalized on jr's end.

      I've been impressed with Vazquez up to this point of his career but I would like for him to step it up a notch with his competition. He did call out Caballero, but we know he is preocupied chasing Juanma and Gamboa.
