He makes a great point. If this fight is made in dubai he might make more than the mosley fight. that fight will sell out at the gate. And a Mayweather fight will always do well ppv. so the tax theoy is out the window and Roger is still in question so that reason is dead. He just wasn't budging on his demands or he didn't want to fight pac this year.

He probably does care, look how defensive he becomes when it's been brought up (interviews after the Marquez and Mosley fights, Brian Kenny interviews, etc.).

And I think that tactic would have prevented it; look at all the backlash he managed to gather after demanding the tests when negotiations fell through for the first fight. Manny was seen by many as the 'ducker'.

Had he called Manny's bluff then definitely everyone would love him, because, as you confirmed, Manny-Margarito has been finalised for months, so Manny and Arum would have crapped it!
