You just proved Pacquiao can be on something and still beat tests. Marion Jones admitted she cheated, which was the only way she got caught.

OST's are there to prevent people from cheating, but that doesn't mean there still isn't something being engineered somewhere on this planet that can beat the bests tests out there.

With that said, something is better than nothing and Olympic style tests should be the new standard. Either that or the boxing commissions need to update their testing methods to better suit the advancing times.
