A Primera Hora article (sorry cant post it here because i haven't reached 15 postos) basically says that Capetillo tried to apply for a license to be in Segura's corner while the President of the Puerto Rico Boxing Comission was away, even going as far as paying the fee to be in the corner y getting the paperwork. The PRBC later said that they knew of the situation and that the license would be voided.

That's exactly the problem, that he didn't get caught against Cotto! I do agree with you that Capetillo is pathetic. I wonder if he used his work visa to travel to P.R. because if he's suspended he shouldn't even be traveling as part of Segura's team.
