                That's a strong signal that he bought a new watch in Dubai.

                It would be smart for him to fight overseas though. Only way he can avoid the public backlash for ducking Pacquiao, talking about 2 year retirements and indefinite vacations and then announcing a fight only a few days within press junkets for Pacquiao-Margarito... is to flee the country.

                He will get ROASTED by the American media... again. Best to just be a refugee and spend some time overseas.
