The Klitschkos' competition is miles ahead of Haye's, specially Wlad's. Haye won't even fight Chagaev because he knows he would lose, while Wlad dominated Chagaev.

In his comeback Vitali has faced and defeated 4 top 10 ranked HWs without losing a round, and stopping 3 of them. Haye struggled against Valuev, the only top 10 HW he has faced in his entire career. And, since you're using BoxRec rankings, you should know that Sosnowski was ranked higher than John Ruiz when Vitali fought him, so Vitali faced the better competition in their last respective fights too.
