I find it absolutely unfortunate that a reputable site such as this one would start this story about JCC Jr by stating : "WBC silver middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr."....really? Champion? Just because Jose Sulaiman came up with another scheme to collect more sanctioning fees by creating a "silver" belt doesn't mean we need to acquiesce him by actually giving Jr the accolades of being a called a Champion..albeit of a worthless trinket. (And hold on to your socks, I am sure a Bronze one is coming too) Maybe Selkuk Aydin can me the "Champion" of that so-called belt. You know it's coming.

um cotto has about as much credibility as chavez jr ,at least jr hasnt suffered bone breaking beat downs and is on the way up not out.I find it unfortunate that boxing scene fans cant figure out how shot cotto is , cotto is a nice guy with lots of class but lets be real hes shot! even when he was in his prime hed get the living hell beat out of him let alone now.

41 have tried, 41 have failed. There are no blue prints to beat JCC Jr.
Jr already knows two ways to beat Cotto.

Honestly I understand why they make those belts and why those champions are in place. It's a good concept but it's the corruptions in the organization that make having them a joke.
