Pacquiao is a tool but acomplished thing nobody has done in boxing.

A WBC belt at Flyweight,then the guy handled Clottey and Cotto at WW.

Cotto at this point and Clottey weren't great fighters,but don't be a troll and a hater yourself.

I'm sure his opinion is valid, but not as much as ODLH, Hatton or Marquez. They all fought both Mayweather and Pacquiao and would have a better idea about them. Sparring is one thing but it's not the same as fight night.
