What is your "hardest to watch" fight?

That is about right. At the end of the fight, when Lampley was yelling: "Its a streetfight here in the 12 round", I thought Morales was on his way down.

No way...if anyone was on their way down it was Barrera. He was stumbling in the first few seconds of the round and if Morales would have laid a solid shot on him he was goin down. I don't know if it would have been a slip but who knows.

He also had him hurt in the 30 seconds of the round somewhere. I don't remember exactly when but Barrera was up against the ropes and Morales landed some big punches on him and he looked hurt to me.

not too many Real Deal fans around 2day, for me I had a hard time watching Holyfield-Donald and Holyfield-Toney, becasue you could just see his skills erode right in front of our eyes, the Donald fight was downright sad....

Lewis-Tyson was hard, because it woulda been such an awesome fight around '96-'97, and by '02 Mike had nothin' left

Barrera was really gassed. I guess it wasnt the end....but about 2:00 into the 12th, Morales was stunned bad and backed up against the ropes. Like always he flurried back, and put Barrera on the defensive. But right when Lampley yelled that, Barrera was wailing away on him next to the neutral corner.

Even at that, both fighters were punch drunk....but at the end of the fight: Barrera's face showed much less signs of abuse as opposed to Morales.

I didint understand Morales' hesitancy to throw power punches in the mid rounds

I dont understand why he allowed Marco to dictate the fight with the jab

Either damn way, those two need to fight every Saturday.

Hands down the hardest fight to watch IMO was John Ruiz/ Fres O. That was the worst heavyweight title fight I have ever seen in my life.

joe louis vs rocky marciano and larry holmes vs muhammad ali. two ungodly beatings on truely great champions ali and louis.

Jones Tarver 2- I clearly remember.. "You got any excuses tonight Roy?" and me saying Roy is going to kick his ass now... well about 4 minutes later I was in shock.

I bet you were! I think more people hate him for saying that than they do for knocking him out. I have to admit when he said it I busted out laughing..I'd never heard a fighter say anything remotely like that! Shocked the whole world I think, I just dont know which one of the two was the most shocking.

Taylor/Chavez I will always be the hardest to watch. Worst awful ref decision I've ever seen in my life. It was hard to watch Taylor's face after the fight...and it's hard to watch the aftermath of Taylor's life. He was the better man that night.



Hearns/Leonard because it's just hard watching Hearns have the fight nearly in the bag and then not being able to keep Ray off of him for a couple of rounds.

both of these would have been on my list too..especially Taylor-Chavez.

I remember Nige made one like this back in the day.

So what fight is hardest for you to watch, particularly one where your one of your favorite fighters takes a beating or something like that?

The hardest fight for me to watch is Tyson vs. Lewis.

Lewis was just tattooing Tyson from the distance with right hands and jabs...he really eff'd my boy up.

The second fight I will never watch again is Leonard vs. Camacho...horrible night for Leonard.

Morales/MAB 3 I was honeslty depressed after that fight. I didn't even want to eat anymore that night.
