I some how doubt that will happen. No one has really heard of Magee outside the UK, but a fight against Jean Paul Mendy after this would really raise his rankings.

yeah im being pretty optimistic. tbh id prefer him fight for a vacant belt against a nobody so he could win lol, but Froch fought him before so on the very of chance he wins it he might fight him again. Plus Kessler might fight him as Magee sparked Larson in Denmark. Cant see anyone else fighting him.

Well he is ranked 5th by the wbc with only pavlik above who is free to fight.

and ranked 13th by the wbo but 5th Paul Smith & 6th Jean Paul Mendy

as I said mendy would be a good fight after this. For some reason he already turned down a fight with Smith..

i reckon he'll just hang onto his WBA #1 ranking and not worry too much about the others. As long as he doesnt lose he'll either be made a mandatory or fight an emlimination bout with the #2 or 3, who are currently Dirrel and Pavlik (with AA, then Bozic, Green, Gevor, then Froch)

Looking at those guys behind him im amazed he's ranked 1st! I dunno who Bozic is though.
