The writer of this article is an idiot. the facts are margarito has never been convicted of any crime by any court or boxing commision the ca. comision suspended margaritos licence becouse he was ultimately responsible for his boxing team no mater that the trainer confesd his total responsability for the deed of the hand raps. if a man is inocent why do we want him to plead guilty? just to please some ass hoe writer? if the commisions in cali. or nevada had any real evedence that margarito purposely and knowingly cheated they should have there states prosecute margarito in a court of law but if not they should grant him his licence after all he served his suspention in good faith he could have boxed before the end of it in mexico there where plenty of offers for him to fight but he didnt. in my opinion legaly the one who should be kept out of boxing is capetillo if there is anyone who got screwed by this guy its margarito who lost a year of earnings becouse of this ass hoe.
